Ha brilliant, regarding cooking. I was ok when I did cooking at school. It's more about being motivated enough to do it and finding the time!

Glovepup - super video and great music, but what is it? - I never watched Contender whatever that was.

Thanks in advance ( my 1st post but have been an avid reader for ages )

Welcome bag! The Contender was a reality program about boxing, and hosted by sly Stallone.

    It really was brilliant!

It's hard to relay over the net, but i cannot stress enough how simple things can make your food taste much better. If it comes down to motivation and time i understand, but then that means take-away food which will push you closer to the edge health wise in no time.

Use a steamer for your veg - they taste so much better. You can get a cheap one that sits on top of the saucepan.

No much better than a 'Take Away' mate :( you just have to look at how much salt they put in them <ok>

    Tip.
Keep your McVities chocolate digestives in the fridge rather than a cupboard... they taste much better :)

    NEGATORY!!!

Back on topic, what a beauty from Jacko. I have to say, I find great confidence from the fact we are still scoring and more importantly WINNING even though BWP is not scoring. Surely that sort of rests fears concerning if BWP was to get injured? Just think how dangerous we will be once he finds his scoring boots again!

Jamie, just try it.... really far better.

BWP, I said last week and the week b4 that he needs something to go in off anything..... he just needs a goal to get going again.

Fair enough Glovepup. Seeing as how this is quickly turning into a healthy eating thread, I'll chuck in my suggestion...if you haven't already then give stir fry's a go, very quick and simple to do and relatively healthy.

As for BWP, he played brilliantly on Saturday and almost got his goal. I agree with AllHell, once he scores one, even if it comes off his backside, he'll be unstoppable.

I thought BWP had a blinder- ran in to the channels, tracked back to tackle, hit behind jones a few times, but weaver made some good stops. I don't have any concerns that he'll find the net soon enough.

After the brilliant free kick goal was Weaver asked what the score was
He seems to be doing very well there by all accounts, much better than at Charlton as relegated and looks fitter and slicker.

I admit, weaver looked in great nick. He didn't applaude us which bought a round of boo's.

Poor Nicky, he always got a lot of undeserved stick and he helped Elliot become an even better GK.
