If we look at the main difference between ourselves and Norwich and Swansea since coming up it has to be stability. Our pre-season was ruined by the antics of the old guard and we're paying for it now. It may be that we get relegated and have to rebuild to come up again, but please, let's have a period of stability now, it's time to build for the long term.
