If things stay as they are, in terms of management, we are going nowhere at all. Grayson isn't the man we all want him to be, we all want him to do well, but sadly I think he has taken us as far as he can. He shouldn't be hated at all, we know he cares and he has brought us all some great memories, but I don't see him bringing any more.

Our football this season has been shocking. We have no style pf play and seem to rely on individual players (Snodgrass) to win a game, no tactics.

We have scored 7 goals in stoppage time this season, all but one earning points which in many cases we didn't deserve. I witnessed both Burnley matches and they should have won both.

Our money is spent terribly. We continually sign 28-35 year old nobodies who clearly dont give a ****. We keep on moulding teams round loans we have no intention or ambition of signing. Why oh why aren't we looking at the likes of Charlie Austin and Adam Le Fondre?! Grayson has money available, albeit not loads but enough, and wastes it. Bates plays a part in this obviously, but would you give him your money to spend?

Man management seems to be poor. Somma ignored, McCormack and others played when playing **** then dropped when in form. Someone please explain? O'Brien was punched in the face by the club and talked of like he was something on Graysons shoe.

Feel free to add any more? But I think most can now see he should go. The whole feel at the club is flat and depressive.
Get someone new in, give him some money, give the whole of Elland Road a lift and lets get out of this! Our season isn't over yet.

My preference of manager would be either Holloway or Warnock. Thought? On on on...

Can't help feel we have been over and over this again and again, it doesn't appear to be going anywhere. Perhaps half of everyone on this forum wish Leeds to remove Grayson and appoint a new manager and the other half, prefer Grayson to remain. If we have learnt anything from having Bates as a Chairperson, it is that he will do what he wants, when he wants, so perhaps just when Grayson has Leeds going back to the EPL, he'll sack him!

I think. tbh. that there is little chance of Grayson going now. Bates knows that he can't bring in a new manager at this stage of the transfer window. Who's going to risk his reputation by picking up someone else's poor collection of players and not being able to significantly change it until the end of the season?

We all want the same thing, success for our great club. Some blame Grayson others blame Bates and a few blame both. I am one who believe Grayson has not got what it takes to get us promoted but I do believe he is the right man for the job at the moment. Sacking Grayson would bring us in another manager who would have the same group of players and the same funding. The plus side of things is that we have stability and a manager who can work with Bates which can't be easy. If Grayson got the boot then what? Does anyone honestly believe that the likes of Warnock would come in and sign us Andrews, Lichaj and Clingan?

If the money isn't there you scrape the barrell looking for a gem that might change the season for you. If you do have limited funds what makes anyone so sure the likes of Coventry would sell their captain? I said at the start of the season this current Leeds team is weaker than the one that ended last season and I still believe that. Trying to be positive we do have a small batch of young players who will hopefully get better, I just hope that IF Grayson does go we get a manager and assistant in who can work with the defence and sort it out.

Please name the 28-35 year olds who don't give a **** we've signed this season? The only player who fits the age bracket is Brown and he's done well recently. "Why are we not singing Charlie Austin and Adam Le Fondre?" Because we already have the 2nd top scorer in the league (above both named players). "Somma injured" fixed. AOB refused to play, simple as. And Holloway? Really? The guy who's in charge of a team on the same points as us despite having parachute payments to spend? Today I've seen people claim both that Larry doesn't know what his best team is and is always changing and that his team selections have become too predictable. We're just outside the play-offs despite having spent the least money of anyone in the league. How do you justify sacking the manager in those circumstances?

I felt left out so decided to be stupid and join the Grayson out crew. Am I in? <whistle>
Tounge in cheek article with an element of truth about it, in the same way a cheesecake has elements of cheese in it.
Billy Paynter will save our season <diva>

???? Do you go to games?

    a) Somma is injured, not ignored.

    b) O'Brein refused to play (something he hasn't denied), unless you have hard proof to say he didn't he deserves all he gets.

    c) What does their age have to do with their motivation?

    d) Nobodies? Micheal Brown has made 100s of appearances in the Premier League, Maik Taylor has nearly 90 caps for Northern Ireland for a reason.

    e) Andros Townsend has been one of our best players in recent games. Eric Lichaj was our best right back last season, Max Gradel came to the club on loan, Alex McCathy proved great cover while Lonners was out. Stop bashing the loan.

    f) McCormack hasn't played well since Pre-Coventry, since Pre Coventry he has scored a free kick and a goal that Heskey could score as well as missing an open goal from a couple of feat out twice (Coventry and Barnsley). Grayson is well in his rights to drop him.

    g) Charlie Austin plays for Burnley who are above us? why would he come to us same for Le Fondre. Complete arrogance.

    h) Was Max Gradel as wast of money? McCormack (even if he is shocking atm he has 11 goals)? Clayton a waste of money? Nunez? Lonergan? Brown? Nah, quality signers on peanut fees. Of course your going to pick up deadwood on the budget he has got, picking up top Championship players on that budget should be a bonus not a expectancy.

    i) You could say we've picked up points we probably didn't deserve to but then we've lost points we probably shouldn't have. West Ham, Ipswich, Middlesbrough ect or you could say maybe it's our fault we lost points because we didn't concentrate but then you'd have to say it's our fault we pick up points by constantly knocking on the door and never giving up.

    j) Maybe Elland Road would be given a lift if we didn't have a bunch of fear mongers and knee jerkers for fans. One minute Micheal Brown is a waste of money and deadwood, next he is f*cking brilliant. Becchio is a legend, next week he is ****e. Grayson is god, next week he's clueless ect ect ect. It's a joke. Maybe if we gave our support when the chips are down at the club instead of turning on them and stamping on their face while their on the floor we wouldn't be in such a rut. People on here are already writing off Robbie Rogers as a poor signing, call your selves SUPPORTers <doh>

Started going this season mate. Weve been piss poor throughout with the odd decent peformance. Care to explain 5 points from 6 games? All against average Championship sides? This article was a ioke anyway, it was a sarcy twist on how too many view our club. Football is there to be enjoyed not moaned at. Reality is we've been **** for a month and previous managers sacked for less/the same.

But at the same time we've got 4 points from the last 2 games and if the manager of another club was sacked in the same circumstances we'd be saying how unfair it was.
