    Typifies everything that is wrong with Football today. Having condoned cheating last night live on the BBC, he then went on to arrogantly comment on the 'fact' that delivery dates on new cars seem to be getting longer. To be fair, he was asked for an opinion, but the tone of his reply was marked. To paraphrase, he said he had just ordered one of those two door Range Rover thingees. He is due to pick it up in September. Yes, its a scandal. "So how much is that costing you Robbie", said one of the presenters. "I have no idea", says the Mr Sausage.
    "You mean you don't even know how much it is", enquired the presenter?
    "No. I ll just wait for them to call me, then I ll go and pay for it in September!!!!"
    I felt that his next words on the airwaves should have been to the effect: " OK all you scum out there who have made me into a multi-millionaire, what are you next hopeless thoughts on todays games?"

    Obviously it is probably unfair to single out this contributor to the ruin of OUR game, however, I reckon for every Sausage currently playing, there must be 100 others.

    I'm not anti Savage myself. TBH I just think of him as a middle aged woman these days when he shuffles around the pitch.

    Far worse for me is someone like Ashley Young, the epitome of the cock-sure, team bus descending / fan ignoring, bling-bling, snood & glove wearing, overpaid wastrel, modern footballer.

    Hate him.

    when in was 10..i used to practice tripping myself up, kicking my heel to immitate the sound of contact being made by a defender...so i cant comment on the cheating, as i would be a hypocrite ;)

    I bumped into him with a group of my mates on our way to a stag do a couple of years ago, to be fair to him he was happy having his picture taken with the stag and was a pretty good laugh. He was even laughing when one of the group shouted over to him 'Robbie, Robbie, some people say you're a right C**t but I think you're okay'

    ...that said I heard him interviewing Giggs last night and he sounded as thick as pigs**t
