Phill Bardsley was reported to be in a London hospital having Nasri removed from his back pocket, Phil had an immense performance yesterday, The Ming was also outstanding, ans i was really impressed with the attitude for that match.
The only downside for me was Hendo, he shows good promise, but i felt struggled yet again to make an impact, for my part i would always start Zenden before him and bring him on for the last 20 mins, in fact if Zenden worked with him I'm sure he could bring him on leaps and bounds.
Brambel was again bang on top of his game, indeed all the defence were superb, which bodes well for the end of season run in games.
For me i have never been happier being a Sunderland supporter.

no doubt nasri is a top player, but to be made to look very ordinary was top class, watching him stamping his little feet was entertainment at its best, bardo player of the season, bet arsenal are having nightmares about safc, although now i hope they win the title

Commachio i cannot remember Phill putting a foot wrong in the game, and the player he was marking was the same guy who was a revelation in the champions league.

I was just remembering a weekend in Amsterdam, a few years back now, happy thoughts of happy days long gone.

Phil Bardsley must surely be voted player of the season. For me he is a clear winner

Roger mate, I really can't understand why anyone would want to go to the Dam and not touch the ganja, there's no point to it, seen one canal and you've seen them all, might bump into you in the Old Sailor some day, I work in Rotterdam and often pass through to do a bit window shopping.

Bards was great, and I actually throught Hendo deserves a pat for workrate: he was constantly closing down in midfield, and that was the main reason why Arsenal didn't really get going. Because of Hendo and Sulley they were forced to put it down the flanks, which they're not very good at doing.

But Nasri is an awesome player; I don't think, to be fair, he was in anyone's back pocket. Everytime he got on the ball he looked dangerous. Wilshere looked very good too. We were good, but the last 30 minutes were constant pressure, and we could have lost it 2 or 3. Could've nicked it too, mind.
