Maybe Ben Arfa was out last night after all. If that's the case then he's only got himself to blame, if not then the decision to drop him is absolutely baffling.

Newcastle Unite (4-4-2): Tim Krul; Danny Simpson, Mike Williamson, Fabricio Coloccini, Davide Santon; Ryan Taylor, Danny Guthrie, Yohan Cabaye, Jonas Gutierrez; Shola Ameobi, Leon Best

Substitutes: Rob Elliot, Shane Ferguson, James Perch, Dan Gosling, Mehdi Abeid, Gabriel Obertan, Hatem Ben Arfa

Puzzled by this. QPR will probaly pack the midfield and allow us to try and break them down so why drop HBA. He is the only player who could unlock defences with that bit of skill.

Is Pardew trying to force out Ben Arfa?
Because that's whats going to happen!

He's played better AND scored more goals then Best!
Yet he can't even start a game!

What? I'm not familiar with this story.

If that's the case he wants bloody fined.

I was thinking it was just bullshit, but i honestly can't think why else Ben Arfa would have been dropped.
