Up at 4.30 and out with Osca by 4.45, now catching up on the laptop with coffee before back to bed for a few hours. Logged onto not606 to find a PM reporting a returning bad boy so first ban by 5.30, its an omen I tell you. I can see some surprises in todays team, goalkeeper and Striker, WESTY BARDO..OSHEA..KILGALLON..RICHARDSON LARSSON..CATTS..GARDNER..MCLEAN SESS WICKHAM And would not be surprised to see Campbell on the bench. Mind I will probably be wrong, usually am but MON has got it spot on so far so I may leave it to him and just enjoy the win. Enjoy everyone.
I'm stuck at work all day, but will make sure that I will be listening to the game... Ha'way the laaaaaaads!!!!!!
2-2 For me today. Although we should be trouncing teams like Chelsea I feel we may have to settle for a draw today!!
We want one of these.... A Vaughan thunderbolt or a Gardner rocket... But this'll take some beating..
Caution on the Campbell front... SUNDERLAND boss Martin O’Neill refuses to rush Fraizer Campbell into first team action. The 24-year-old is back in the frame after 16 months out with knee injuries, and played 65 minutes for the reserves this week. But O’Neill will adopt a cautious approach with the ex-Manchester United man after such a lengthy spell on the sidelines. The manager said: “I’ll have a little look at him and I had the reports from the reserve game the other night and he did very well. It’s asking a lot for him to come back after that length of time out. “But I’m thankful that he’s around and hopefully it’s the end of his serious problems. That would be great. “If it takes him a wee bit of time to bed in, then so be it. It would be great for him to be back and playing a part here in the last couple of months of the season.”
