    Nearly 6 months out of work and Ive just landed a new contract - start on Monday !

    its an IT Project Manager - IT had been quite good for jobs till the economy ****ed up.
    Defo seems to be more vacancies happening since the start of the year - hopefully some new confidence !
    Beer, whisky, curry and finish off with a good shag later - yeehah !!!

    Jobs is a numbers game - day after day I've applied for ****loads - sooner or later something will come your way.
    One thing is getting your application in early - they don't normally look at more than the first bunch of applications and the rest go in the bin. Good luck with it - keep going !

    I spent a sizeable portion of my day working out if, by using various different methods, I can get greater power and/or accuracy when flicking an elastic band.

    The answer is no, but I'm not fully convinced so will spend most of tomorrow morning on it too. I'll let you all know if I come up with anything.
