http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16550777.stm The television companies are to blame. The Premier League declined to comment.
Ok but it's the same for every single team. Dalglish was rambling about how he had to play 2 fixtures with 3 days between while Arsenal and Chelsea played them with 1 day between.
So you are saying Arsenal are the victims in the fixture congestion? Have a day off mate. I think a winter break would be a good idea to stop all the complaining.
where did I say that? You are doing a Piskie inventing what you want to have a pop. He said 'Some clubs get advantaged by television' - clearly some are not. Many clubs are largely unaffected by the 'fixture computer'. Bitter? or what - take a chill pill mate.
I wondered how long it would take for you to leap in.... you are all a work of fiction, mate. Night night I'm off - can't be arsed to waste my time.
I would agree, the City Liverpool scenario is proof of that imo, one team with 2 days to recover, one with 4? Not right for me, yet can't see it changing any time soon...
Seems like a lot of teams get unfavourable fixtures, Wenger wasn't particularly singling out Arsenal. I do think that having games spread out over the week alters the the way the league works and detracts from the appeal of all playing at the same time. Sometimes Saturdays at 3:00pm only has 6-8 teams playing, which kind of ruins the feel a bit.
