Well for those who do think it looks appealing, here's my reasoning:

I'd rule out Jedi straight away, that would be cool for a few hours max, you'd always be busy sorting stuff out and you'd never get a break. Hogwarts would be good but it depends if you're going in the same time period as Harry Potter, because I can't be doing with that attention seeking little prick. So it'd be between Hogwarts or Pokemon trainer, providing I get to choose what sort of trainer I want to be... I don't want to end up being a Bug Catcher and spending my life stood in Viridian forest.

As a twentysomething man, reattending school or teaching kids about 'poke balls' would not look so great. So by default Jedi.
But I want a wardrobe change, not liking the robes. Also stuff this light side stuff, I wanna work as a private detective for easy money. (I think they can read minds, no?)

with jedi skills you'd obviously just become a smuggler; "these are not the drugs you are looking for"

Also, how come all jedis are outrageous do-gooders or totally evil. surely there's a few that are just a bit of a character, a bit dodgy but not evil. you know, down the pub, cheating at poker, pulling birds etc...
