agree, great news. I know it is difficult and when a player desires to leave, its always hard to keep them. But Oxo is only one to have done that under current regime, and I feel NC was deeply hurt and upset he went, hence he fought tooth and nail to keep him here. Luke Shaw will be our left back in next 2 years, and probably will bypass Harding to become our 2nd choice within the next 12 months.
I would say that Cortese has just called enough, and informed Nigel to go and tell the media that's the way it is, from now on.
In the Sun interview,Cortese seemed really,really upset when they asked him about Oxo leaving and he said that he really didn't want him to leave and that he will make sure it never happens again(selling our youngsters).
