The question that should be asked about the DeMenezes debacle is if the police believed him to have a bomb, why the **** did they let him get on a bus full of people to get to the tube station? Just saying like.

A good point Nev. The Cops have blamed it all on a breakdown in Communications because radios did not work in the Tube and failure from commanders to give specific instructions to arrest him. If SO19 are as well trained as they make out (piss poor in reality) then someone on the ground at the scene should have taken De Menezes down before he got anywhere near the Tube station.

What concerns me most about this case is the Police cover up which ensued, there were lies about him failing to acknowledge firearms officers when challenged, leaping over barriers and ****e like that which were proven to have been groundless. Whether or not he was killed on purpose I don't know but someone ( a lot of someones) ****ed up big style and basically blagged their way out of it.

When people start lying, whether that be the Police or the victims/accused, I start having doubts about the veracity of their whole story.

I never knew that stuff about him jumping the barriers to be made up. that's shocking!! ****in scum bags. did they not say he had a big puffer jacket on aswell?

I loved the photo of that Gers fan getting bit by the Police Dog, i'd pay to see the video.

On a side note I felt sad when I heard they had to put the poor animal down (the dog that is), caught Rabies apparently.

They said he was acting suspiciously and looking furtive, all lies. According to witnesses on the Tube the Cops just all piled into his carriage and jumped on him without any warning and started blasting rounds into his skull.

Don't know where these guys learned their trade but it's certainly different to any firearms course I ever did.
