Looking back on my picks for today...

1.45 Catt - Star In Flight, 6/4 - fell when looking like winning it...<doh>
    2.05 Font - Bold Chief, 9/4 - 2nd... To a 100/1 runner, pipped on the line...<grr> - But well done Wooly...
    2.35 Font - Marodima - WON @ 5/1 - By only 53 lenghts...!!!
2.45 Catt - Turoblinas, 10/3 - np... Never looked like tbh...
3.05 Font - King of Castile - WON @ 4/1... Pulled it out the bag...<cracker>

All in all not a bad day, as im up... But could have been better... Thats the betting game for you, so near yet so far...!!!

Old Testament I've taken a nibble on a 35s on Betfair. Think he will be a lot better than that debut at some stage, whether today is the day I'm not sure. But it was a funny old bumper last time where all of those on the pace seemed to weaken out of it, and as it was only just over a mile and a half, I wonder if they got the pace all wrong (the winner was given reminders at half way!). Hoping for a better judge of pace today.

Boss in Boots looks like the type to run well here, so I've has a few pennies on that.

Quite an expensive purchase, nicely bred for this sort of race (A few Kings Theatre's are) and Mullins has a good bumper record on the whole.

Anyone reckon those Jocks just fancied a holiday? Seems quite ridiculous to exceed the rules by so much.

    LOL Nass.
Horse ran well, Hobbs was just too good - the one to take from the race was the second, Boy something, he looked out with the washing and going backwards before finding a second wind and getting up for second, ahead of Boss in Boots.
Place return covers the win, hey ho, the day will be long remembered for Woolys 100/1 winner though.....
