Kimberley Hainey has been sentenced to a minimum of 15 years for the murder of son. She subjected her son to a lifetime of abuse and squalor including starving him and allowed his mummified body to lie in a cot for eight months while denying the charges. Meanwhile on the same day at the same court a bloke is sentened to a minimum of 16 years for stabbing and killing a bloke. Now, I'm not suggesting he doesn't deserve such a sentence but how can someone who subjected a child to abuse for the best part of 15 months and allowed him to die a long, painful death get 15 years and a bloke gets 16 years for stabbing another bloke?
The case where the boy got jailed for 16 years was heard by a temp judge, they are as notorious as traveling judges because of their sentencing being so erratic. I actually got lucky once and was up while a traveling judge was there, was lucky enough to escape punishment (Lucky because it wasn't one of the resident judges) but I have known them to be far to inconsistent.
I know one thing about this woman. Even when her 15 years are up (and they will be hard years - Cornton Vale isnae the place to be if you're a baby killer), she still won't be able to live in Paisley - everybody knows her name and what she looks like. If she survives the Vale, the Toon will kill the selfish boot
She will only be in cornton for a while, they will move her else where if she is attacked like they did with Riggi.
I love the thought of some junkie in prison for beating up an old granny taking the moral high ground.
It's aw wan. Tick tock. She's got to come back to the toon at some point and I wouldn't want to be in her shoes. I'm not one for advocating vigilante-ism but, if I see her, I'll set my kids on her after supplying them with chibs and cow brands. She's ****ed - her life isn't worth living.
So do i, there was a lassie from perth (total ****ing jakeball family) that got jailed and put into cornton vale for 5 months (pal was up in court so seen that as well) she was accused of jointly kicking **** out of some guy to rob him (apparent smack dealer) and by systematically searching him by taking his cloths off and raking through his arse. The charge was dropped by this point but it was still widely believed that it was only dropped so the **** didn't have everyone saying to him "haha katie reid stuck her fingers up your arse" Although i bet everyone still rips him for it. I doubt she will come back, i don't believe people need to move back to where they are from, for instance if i was to move from Perth it wouldn't be Glasgow it would be another ****ing country
It's at times like this that I wonder if Sharia law is the way forward when dealing with human excrement such as this piece of filth masquearding as a mother. I would happily see her and her like beheaded and not lose any sleep.
She'll end up somewhere else with me and you footing the bill. On the article, comparisons like this could be made all the time. Some peados get a couple of years, if that, and fraudsters can get as much as 10. How the **** some chinless Trevor can sit down and decide that ripping off money, no matter how much, deserves a longer sentence than someone abusing children is a mystery.
