I would, he is better than any of our strikers by far and also adds some pace to our play which i still think we lack even with townsend in the team

I disagree again. Consider that we've only seen him play in League 1, McCormack could have scored that many goals and probably Becchio too had he not been playing second fiddle to Beckford.
I don't think we are creating enough chances for us to get Beckford back! We need to create atleast 10 chances a game for him to score and we are doing well to create 10 passes at the minute
