    My girlfriend of 3 years just dumped me and I'm gutted beyond all comprehension, so if I'm unusually MORE angry than my usually very angry self, I apologise in advance.

    Chances are though I'll become soft as ****e and then you'll all wish I would triumphantly return as the man who puts Tash in his place. Who knows. I love you really though Tash. It's just a love/hate thang we have going on.

    Anyway, if anyone has any funny stuff to share it would be appreciated. I'm usually not one for bringing personal stuff onto this forum but you all seem like a nice bunch of fellas.

    It's always a **** to get dumped. Won't mean much but I sorta know how you feel bud, got dumped not too long ago myself and i'm just starting to realise a lot of the old cliches ''plenty more fish in the sea'' etc are pretty spot on.

    I can guarantee that in the future you'll look back on this and feel completely different to how you feel now.

    Time really is the best healer, and the old adage that there are "plenty more fish in the sea" is one of the few clichés that is actually true.

    I found watching cynical comedy (Jimmy Carr, Stewart Lee, even Frankie Boyle...) helps lighten the mood.
