    Is Wojciech Szczesny.

He's 6' 5", good in the air, and lightning fast!! Did anyone see him sprint 60 yards last night to catch Henry?? Put that guy up front and he'll score a bucket load!!

<ok> Yes, give him a chance up there. I reckon he'd be good at free kicks too.

Put Mertesacker in goal I reckon.

That's far too simplistic, I'm sure Wenger has a solution within the squad - as the OP suggested .... <whistle>

recall Bendtner? Move RVP out in favour of Arshavin? Try Walcott in the middle?

    Wait for possible Campbell?

    Care to elaborate?

    TV is the answer.
With Mert and Kos improving with each game and the hope that we'll actually have a fit full back soon, I reckon we should let TV be our target man.
He could be the next Wayne Rooney without the obsession with whores <whistle>

Campbell could be the answer, who knows? looks a great prospect. (but that does'nt help us this Season, would be great if we could keep Thierry for another month or so.)

I personally think we're in need of another top class attacking mid. Would love to see Goetze, Gourcuff or Hazard at Arsenal.

Agreed <ok> I think we still need to replace Fabregas and Nasri. Arteta is solid, but he's not a long term prospect.

Now you're just talking crazy. We know logical solutions to our problems haven't been the Arsenal way.

Walcott just doesn't have the mentality to be a main striker, well not a very good one anyway.

Theyd score more own goals than they score goals as strikers

How so? he'd do 10 times better in the middle than on the wing plus, he's a strker.....

He wouldn't have to beat a man as much, wouldn't need to find the final ball, wouldn't need to defend, or help build up the play with passing

he'll have to run fast, and then score which he can easily do, theirry style!

It would be possible to replace Ramsey with RvP and put Theo up top. It's almost the same formation, just more of a 4-4-1-1 I suppose. Keep Arteta & Song in midfield to breakup play, sit RvP in the hole, and put Theo on the shoulder of the last man, with instructions to STAY THERE.

The defense would immediately sit deeper for fear of his pace, giving room behind for RvP to work his magic. With Arshavin & Gervinho on the wings, there's plenty of creative ability on the pitch, could work wonders!

not a bad idea - might be worth a try - it would certainly shock some defences to suddenly play that way.
I'd suggest we rotated RVP and Walcott each 30 minutes to play havoc.
But then Wenger doesn't do creativity.
