You should see the Pompey Takeover Saga on The Saints Web. I believe it may have set records in size of thread and responses. Of course, it doesn't help that PFC feed the fire every time it dies down. Google it and it appears as a major entry.

"Although Lee did not meet the initial criteria to gain a work permit, his case has been approved by the football authorities, who agreed that the international star is an exceptional talent that will enhance the game in this country, and at the age of 26 has plenty to offer over many years." Sounds like its been approved?
If enough people google it, it will become true enough for the papers, creating our own transfer stories here.
Echo say he back in Japan and will return a.s.a.p. to sign on the dotted line, with all that jet lag I doubt he will be around this Saturday.
Lee deal done! if he were to get a plane tonight/early tomorrow there's the chance for an appearance from the bench Saturday imo
I thought it sounded like there were still a few more clearances to get through which although it sounds like it will happen it may take some more time, might not make saturday. Oh well great news that its all going ahead though!
We'll just have to sign Hooper, Maynard and Jay Rod before saturday then, just in case. ( I am, of course joking although one would be nice.)
Trouble is, it's not up to the football authorities to approve his case - it's up to the Home Office.
Guys, for immigration purposes he will be given a work visa. The reason is....... 1) His age....... 2) He has a required skill (As now confirmed by the FA).......... 3) he is deemed to be at the top of his skill rating because he is a full international. I would say similar to having a masters degree rather than just a degree. So he will get his work permit which will last for two years. It should be a formality almost the next time he applies and he should get a 5 year permit I think. After he has been here for, I believe, 5 years, he can apply for a residency visa if he so desires.
Official news from my source, trust me, this is true: Teemto Pagalies coming in on loan for remainder of season, with an option to buy in the summer. He currently plays for continental side, Moonus Mandel FC.
