Would the Scots actually be better off by not being part of the UK? as from what i have read they would essentially have to apply for eu memership which would then mean they have to join the euro. Also what would happen to our armed forces? There are loads of scots who serve in regiments which are not scottish..
Bollocks, you can have them all back. If the SNP get their wishes I propose we break off diplomatic relations immediately with you mad ****s and repatriate all Scots residing in England.
If we get independence, I would like to be the first to volunteer for some diplomatic work in one of our new embassies (or, if Salmond gets his silly royalist way, a high commission in England). In case you're reading, Eck, my preference would be Amsterdam or Bora Bora.
Yes it does, I've no interest in any of the Scots that serve in Westminister not even SNP ones, in fact ESPECIALLY not SNP MP's Pete Wishart can suck my ****ing knob. If England don't want them they can just be dumped in wales or something.
Because we'd flatten you <as long as we get the nuclear sub fleet out of the locks before war is declared>
I meant from the sense that they represent Scottish constituencies so they would not be going to Westminster in the case of an independent Scotland. Just me being pedantic
I'm not sure the British Army would have much front line 'cannon fodder' left if the Scots defected. General Winklebottom-Smith the Third would have to pick up a weapon for the first time in anger.
The Welsh infantry ....and I'm sure we can con a few Anzacs, Gurkas and Canadians into fighting for their Queen.
