Shouldn't we be after this bloke? IMO he is top class and Chelsea are mad for letting him go, he is a far better player than David Luiz even though he has the potential to be a really good player and the vastly overrated Gary Cahill that the blues look to be after.

Alex will be a brilliant signing for whoever signs him and if we are after a centre back (maybe we are maybe we are not) then this bloke would fit in perfectly.

says he wants to stay in london, therefore QPR have the edge, especially with wages they can offer

i do rate him as a good player, but unfortuantely dont think we can go for him

Billy, we need someone who scores regularly on the pitch, not down at your local

    Seems to be going ahead...

Linked with everyone, someone had to finally say yes...

Sky Sports sources understand Queens Park Rangers have agreed a fee for Chelsea defender Alex.

New Loftus Road boss Mark Hughes immediately targeted the Brazilian following his appointment earlier in January and is now closer to getting his man.

A good player but, he has said it is London or Europe which means we don't even get a look in.
