    Had a feeling they'd win in a tight match like, judging by the second half neither of the two teams played well.
    Thought we at least deserved a point, still at least their fans should be happy while it lasts, they're going home to a ****hole.

    I'm not bitter at all <whistle>

    That was ****, Pardews subs today weren't good.
    **** result compounded even more with Jonas and Guti injured. I know Guti managed to finish the game, but still might be something wrong.

    Just goes to show you how much our squad lacks depth. We've had to shuffle a few players around today and didn't look comfortable at all. Forget Europe, (why people wanted it i don't know <doh>) relegation is STILL a possibility!

    4 points off sixth now, 6 if liverpool win. With the injurys we have thers no chance of Europe now, lets hope we dont slide completely.

    FFS...Typical Newcastle like. As soon as we have an oportunity to move upwards we shoot ourselves in the foot.

    Still, keep it all perspective. We never saw battling performances like that the year we went down and we're creating the chances. Just needed a bit of luck/quality today.

    Game against Stoke will be a different story.

    Lets hope we have a ref who will let the game flow next time or at least punish their players more - most decisions seemed to go their way in the 50/50s.

    I don't think we're going to get relegated, but if we have lost Jose & Guti and still have Barton out it's going to be nailbiting stuff right up to the season's end.

    Yeah Simpson doesn't look as confident at left back and Saylor was rubbish at right back today. Thought Ferguson getting some game time and looking fairly good (considering the overall team performance), Guti's performance and Harper's saves to keep us in the game, were the only positives. We desperately need some of our creative players back.
