http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/footba...g-gordon-to-first-team-action-86908-23692284/ Well, there doesn't seem to be much gossip this morning but I never knew this.
A new contract for Gordon.......that's good. £1m extra to Hearts in 6 more games...also good, cos it means Gordon is back playing.. How-ever something has got to give, as 3 into 1 just doesn't go.
This is news to me as well marra...In my opinion, even if he regains his fitness, he will have one hell of a fight to regain his place in the first team...
Does that mean we paid £8m up front with £1m add on, or £9m with £1m add on..... Jesus ! MON obviously rates him, hope he's over all his injuries because IMO he's a class keeper. Remember the save from Zat Knight v Bolton last season?? Outstanding! 6 months left on his contract, hope once he prooves his fitness that he shows some loyalty and extends.....
True but which one? Neither Mig or Westie have put a foot wrong have they, would be bloody harsh to sell one of them imo.
Can't remember the last time we had such talent in between the sticks....? Sorensen back in the day with the mighty Jurgen Macho? Or Lionel Perez? Or the god like Ben Alnwick...
I love Gordon and still think he is number 1, however I also love Mig and Westy so I'm stuck. Think I will leave this one to Marty.
Been plenty of occasions when we´ve had 3 ****e keepers, so let´s enjoy it! Gordon is the best overall, Westy shades second, but, and this is the important bit long term, Mig will go on to be better than the other 2, and is younger.
Yes, I heard this the other day....I just hope he talks a good game, because he is undoubtedly the worst keeper I have seen at the club in my time...
...He was pretty bad as well, I'll give you that one... However, Seamus just shades it for me, if only because he once complained that the bar was too high when a ball had sailed over his head and into the net...
Aye, I remember that. As for Kelvin he seems to have really come of age, the Saints love him to bits, good luck to the lad.
I, goalkeepers tend to buck the trend of outfield players in that they have their best years after they get past thirty.
