according to this article, "More recently, he apparently went AWOL, along with his friend and teammate Armand Traore, on Friday night despite being named in the QPR squad for the FA Cup tie with MK Dons the following day, claiming he had to join up with Morocco ahead of the African Cup of Nations."

Looks like Warnock might have lost total control of the players and there was no discipline at all.

Welcome igor, you found the place then. Im think who you know I am now.

The article shows what a big job he has, im pretty sure the discipline will return with Hughes, we will see arguments and most likely Taarabt will be sold but that will mean the others will behave as they know they cant carry on like that.

Flyer, lets hope he keeps Taarabt and get him performing the way he did with Bentley at Blackburn. Now that would be something!

Thats exactly what I want but Taarabt has had 2 years of not bothering to train and having everything his own way. Nothing would please me more if he got an attitude of Derry or Faurlin my sadly my money is on a big bust up and him going to Russia, the US or in the middle east.

Yeah thats me, this place is a lot more lively and without the infighting seen on other boards.

Yeah I know, if he doesnt leave now, he will leave in the summer when Hughes has them training until they puke their guts up!

See, for me, this is not about the manager. It's on the players. It's the players' disrespect for the manager. I mean they're grown adults. What do you expect from a male adult to another male adult - lock them up in a room and take away their key so they don't go running out? We're not talking about children here. It's Taraabt's and Traore's professionalism at question here, for me. Not what the manager did or could not do. I am sure he had plenty to say, and he did the manager's job, there are curfews in place, they are expected to be part of the team, to be trusted to be at certain places at certain times and then to show up. If not, then their professionalism is at stake, as well as their commitment to the contract they signed with the team. If they were so unhappy, then why not just stay at home and risk the punishment for not showing up at all.

You obviously have never been in such professional situations.

Warnock is quoted elsewhere as saying that he knew something was going on around Christmas. If he did, then the players did.

I reckon they all knew that that whatever the result against MK he was gone. Look at the body language on the bench, even after 5 minutes when we looked to be doing fine.

So who is going to discipline Traore and Taarabt if the whole of the management team has gone? Childish, the same way kids misbehave on the last day of term or when a supply teacher is covering a class.

I doubt whether either of them will survive long. Adel will go, sooner rather than later, because he will no longer be treated with kid gloves and won't get away with anything. He will become our Tevez.

Just wait until you post anything positive that detracts from a character assasination on CernyBerny on one of his prediction threads.... you will then be vilified for being one of his disciples!

Exactly. Bunch of children running around without a care. Amazing lack of respect, eh?

Adel will ignore Hughes, I guarantee it. Who wants to listen to that weird manner of speech Hughes has, anyways? Adel won't understand what he's saying!
