It has been reported that David Beckham wiped his nose on a Man City shirt. Not a very good role model for youngsters. How very immature
Terrible behaviour....just as well he doesn't swear at the cameras, or push referee's over...or even fight his own team mate on the pitch, let alone kung fu kick a supporter, or racially abuse a player, or shag his missus.. Beckham you reprobate...what will your kids think now.
I really dont understand this role model crap, pretty sure players in the 1900/10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80 etc got up to mischief and even got arrested for crap, but we still had good players coming through in each of those decades. (and it didnt corrupt the youth of yesteryear) Its like we are going back to the late 50`s/60`s in America, Rock and Role is killing our youth, or now, Games corrupt our Children, bollocks. If it wasnt for the media making a huge song and dance over players misdemeanors (and celebs in general) then there wouldnt be a problem in the first place, they are only Human ffs.
It's not as if anyone was wearing the shirt at the time. Greedy bastard, he could afford to buy Kleenex with his money. Or at least a packet of them
There's a picture in which it looks like Beckham's very young kid is pushing the shirt onto Beckham's face and Beckham is laughing. There's absolutely no proof that he was 'wiping his nose' or anything. Edit: Here we go: please log in to view this image It's all a load of media-spun **** really.
