Henry to Arsenal - are we quaking in our boots?

  1. It's the moustache that gets him hard, I bet.

Barely a touch when he came on. Well taken goal, but still saw nothing to concern me.

Oh look...a bald fat Lionel Ritchie in the avatar.

...and in the main pic, we can see Henry setting himself for his next pass! <whistle>

How many footballers are there in the modern game that love a club as much as Henry loves Arsenal? In a time where football is being corrupted by money it was quite refreshing to see so much passion from a player

Loving the spud bitterness on this thread (sorry superal, your sensible comment has been noted) It just demonstrates what a legend Thierry Henry is and what a fantastic moment that was to come back to his beloved club and score the winning goal on his (2nd) debut

Also loving the fact that you all keep re-posting Henry's pic

What bitterness? We are loving the way you are all going OTT on a player well past his best. It's very funny <cheers>

If that isn't bitter, then I don't know what is.

Anyway, it was a great moment for us and Henry. It just made me laugh that your thread was writing him off before he'd even kicked a ball for us (again) and then he went and scored and won us the game on his (2nd) debut <ok>

  10. If we had played Leeds, we would not have needed to have relied on an old-timer to finish the job for us.

That's the real difference between our two clubs, right there, son <ok>

Henry loves Arsenal? Yeah, just like Fabregas does.
It's funny that one of the prerequisites for loving Arsenal seems to be an overwhelming desire to leave and join Barcelona for a big pay rise.

I believe it was Spurs fans who penned that disgusting racist song for Adebayor! Why dont you sing it anymore?

Yes, because singing about his international teammates being murdered is far better, isn't it?

I think that the Elephant version is racist.
The police don't, for some reason.

No the idiots that sang that were no better, however that was prompted by his unnecessary celebration, not just because he played fo us!
