Was incredible. 5,100 on a Monday night is insane support. Singing our hearts out for the whole 90 minutes and half time wasn't exactly quiet either! 35 quid for a ticket, long way to travel, almost certain loss, stadium we visited last year. There's no other club like us.
its really annoying because i had to watch the game on setanta and on setanta you can never here the crowd. woulda loved to have been there though
Whoever decided it would be a great idea to put the presenting bit right next to the Leeds fans really needs sacking!!!! Get your tits out for the lads! ESPN is ****ing **** Martin Keown is a ****er Savage Savage give us a dance All brilliant stuff, Loved Keown getting smacked in face by the ball

Leicester took 7000 fans to the Etihad last season having played them two weeks before and on a wednesday night and it was on ESPN
You hadn't played them away at that stadium before though, had you? It was a new ground. Also, they charge insanely cheap prices at Man City for cup games. Kids' tickets cost a quid! That's still a great effort from Leicester, don't get me wrong, but put in our shoes yesterday night (if you had an away game of similar distance, price and recent playing status), I don't think you'd have shifted 5,100. Well done on your following at Forest too, that's pretty impressive.
5100 was all that Arsenal offered us. More to the point given a gooner mate of mine couldn't get a ticket, the game was a sell out. So I doubt we could have been given the same as Leicester got for the Ethihad. Pity, but there you go. For those that couldn't make it last night, I see we've been given another 1000 or so for Saturday. Get ready for another chorus of "we filled your ground for you". Not quite as good as the chorus last night on what we thought of ESPN, but good enough all the same.
I was lucky enough to get to the game and have to say some of the leeds fans were a disgrace and have to agree with some of Robbies recent tweets. Leeds could of taken 9000 tickets but arsenal wouldnt buy back any tickets if we couldnt sell the full 9000 and leeds thought it would of been too big a risk not to sell out considering it was a monday night game. Overall i though we held our own and handled everything arsenal threw at us. I just wish mccormack had come on sooner for us as he looked a real threat. I was speaking to Terry Yorath about the situation at elland road and he is convinced we will be sold come the end of the season. He also mentioned that bates is an experienced chairman and grayson is a unexperienced manager and if grayson had put his foot down in the summer we might have got some funds for new players. I also heard plenty of stories regarding Andy O'Brien and its now got the PFA involved and once its cleared up we will all hear the truth about what actually happened which i was told from by a few people.
LeedsMOT ....convinced WE will be sold come the end of the season.... Is that a typo, or will Bates finally sell up?
How were we a disgrace?! The brilliance of our fans is that we're a throw-back to the good old days of football - when you stood for the whole match, chanted whatever you wanted and tried to make the opposing fans day as miserable as possible. Who the hell is Robbie Savage anyway?! We were great, outsung everyone in that stadium. However, I was lucky enough to be in a box above our allocation, and there was once chief to the right of the goal who was convinced I was arsenal (not allowed to wear away colours in the box) and couldn't stop turning around and going through his book of abusive hand-gestures. Gotta say it started to p i s s me off after a while, so maybe that sums some of our fans up a bit - milk a joke a bit too far. Great evening all round, who cares about ESPN.
What a shambles the coverage by ESPN was. From the puke inducing fawning over that cheating froggy twat to the bias commentary and bad camera shots, to that dippy blonde f**k and savage, why couldn't they have got an ex United pro to partner keown. The pathetic apology to the tree hugging, pc leftie f**ks for the Leeds fans language...ffs its a football match, not a bowls match. It's called banter. As for the man of the match award, totally embarrassing, how long was that twat on the pitch for. RANT OVER
Spot on, The Terry Henry bollocks was just embarrassing. SG even made me cringe before and after the game talking him up. The BBC text feed was equaly as bad with every other comment about the "French Wonder". Great footballer but for god sake enough.
I dont agree with throwing objects in the home fans section, thats what i thought was a disgrace, i agree with you on banter, he was just being a ***got when it came to that
