So for a "neutral", a choice of a team that is possibly going to be be relegated from the Premier League, versus one that could likely be promoted up from the Championship (our situation last year)? For me quite a pertinent question since as a lad (3rd gen R's supporter) we lived in Hampshire just 20 mins from the Dell, so a Saturday drive to watch the Saints play was much more feasible than an expensive trip up to London to Loftus Road. My dad sometimes brought me down to Bournemouth to watch the QPR fixture and later I recall R's games at Portsmouth and even Southampton.
Cheers Kilburn, not one of my better posts, granted. At least you've given it a degree of credibility. I expect to be slaughtered later .....
Southampton? FFS why them? If I were starting now it would be Brighton as I spend a lot of time there and the area around it and may be moving nearer there in the near future. But as I'm not starting now it's QPR for ever...
Rangers col - you sure it wasn't a trial in Southampton? only joking!! It will always be QPR for me regardless of where I am in the world - HOWEVER, as I live 20 mins from Bournemouth I sometimes go along there and have always gone to see local teams to where I live
I must admit that if I were to support another club and that club happened to be based in *****lia, it would be hard to avoid giving my lifelong undying devotion to the Ulan Bator Batterers; technique, passion, nous in droves, they have it all. But for now I'll stick with QPR.
QPR999 are you asking what position you would be in. the idea you are going up or the idea you are going down. ideally i would prefer to be in our position and because if we stay up next season should be alot easier. southampton still might not go up and if they do next season will not be easy for them.
