Well, in April 2009 Mr. Allam (Sir) was worth £97m. In 2010 that had risen to £150m. In April 2011 that had risen to £287m. So, if you extrapolate that, by April this year he should be pushing up toward £500m.
The problem with Lesteristan is that, like so many others nowadays, there is no transparency. Nobody knows who their owners are in terms of how they came by their wealth or who is in or out of their consortium. We on the other hand are owned by a Local man who has made his fortune locally (in sterling rather than some dodgy far eastern currency, Baht isn't it?) and who has proven his philanthropic generosity to the East Yorkshire community. If I were a Lesta fan, which I could never qualify as due to my IQ being about 100% too high, I would be very worried about what the future holds. Perhaps they should look at who Mandaric sold Pompey to as an example of the kind of people he does business with. It will all end in tears.
I think Cam is worth more than 5 euros. In fact a packet of crisps is worth more than tha these days.
