The way he took his goal. BRILLIANT. Just like old times. It's a pity they can't all do that. How many chances did we have before the Master showed us how?
Went down the pub at half time just to see Henry step on the field again and hope a moment of magic was going to happen - and what do you know? Pure class. Arshavin and Chamakh - watch and learn.
Ramsey and Arshavin have both scored this saeson so your statemnet is redundant. Try harder next time to slate our players
I don't try hard - you accept woeful 'finishing' as if its good - Henry just rolled it in - pure class. The rest damage the floodlights.
If I was an Arsenal fan I would be a little worried that they needed a Loanee from the USA to beat a Championship side who were with out some key players by one goal!! I hope you do well tho
Henry was great to watch. Though you could see he was frustrated at times, as he could see that we were playing keep ball and his frustration after every broken down attack was great to see, he might actually inspire some of the players to play with more creativity. After the goal you could see him almost 'orchestrating' the team, he told everyone what they should do, and we safely managed to close the game. Not to mention the movement he had inside the box to score the goal. THAT is what we're missing, and it must be great for the players to learn off him.
Last season you lot were complaining we didn't take enough shots, now you sre complaining about finishing Last time I checked the aim of the game is to take shots and score How do you score? By taking f****** shots...that's what Rambo and Arshavin did but they didn't score TODAY Rambo is a Midfielder, his role is to supply the Attack with balls Arshavin is a foward and he made the keeper work/worry a couple of times today
I certainly did as it happened, don't think so with the replays but was a bit suspicious that ESPN didn't even bother showing the slowed down side on view, as would be the norm for any goal like that, onside or not. Possibly didn't want to sour Henry's big moment?
