There are going to be some very happy people on this board as in less than 24 hours two of there most disliked people have been removed, for one reason or another, one permanently and the other for the rest of the season. If they could only get a certain Mr J B sold or out of the club somehow then they would think all there dreams had come true. Everybody is entitled to there own opinion so personally I would like to have seen Neil Warnock given more time although I can also understand the logic of not wanting to let him bring in new players and then the possibility of him being replaced and a new manager having to pick up the pieces as we are now in the with the big boys and sentiment doesn't keep you up or earn you money. As for Ali Faurlin I may be proved wrong but unless we can bring in someone to fill his role I think those who doubted him will regret his absence. Joey Barton I won't say too much as he has enough to say about himself but I hope he will step up and show that he can walk the walk as well as talk the talk. Finally a big thank you to Neil Warnock I don't think any of us will know how hard a time you had dealing with Flabio and Bernie especially Flabio and under different circumstances maybe the end would have been different.
I really dislike that saying. I don't think people are happy that NW has gone, it's not a happy day! NW is a top man and although i think he should have gone i am not happy about it. I don't want QPR to go down but sadly under NW it looked like we were. Not happy that someone has lost a job though.
Because he's talking bullsh*t. Any one's who's watched a few games this season will tell you that Faulin's been our best and most consistent player.
Are you saying that i'm talking bullsh*t. If you are then read what I said again and you will see that I am saying he is a good player and has played well and that we will miss him.
Sorry, perhaps bullsh*t is too harsh. However, what I would reiterate is that the idea that Faurlin is one of the âmost disliked people at the clubâ is utter nonsense. Aside from being our best player (or at least one of our best players), he comes across as one of the most humble and likable people you could ever meet. Plus, unlike some others, his work rate has been first class.
In this respect, bullsh*t is probably correct, as superhoopal62's statement that people will be happy that faurlin has done his ACL because he's so disliked, is utter arse-gravy. Whether it's what you think or mean, as a statement, it's bullsh*t.
People dont hate Warnock or Faurlin, I wanted Warnock gone only because he was useless in the PL. That doesnt mean I hate him. Faurlin is one of our most important players so why would anyone hate him? The OP doesnt make any sense at all.
I think what the OP meant, was that Faurlin, Barton and Warnock are either loved or hated - no middle ground. I dont agree with that, although replace Faurlin with Adel and the statement becomes nearer to the truth. Faurlin doesn't divide people like that on this board - the dichotomy with ali is some think he is brilliant and other's don't, but I don't think people have a turn against him like some have with Barton, Warnock and Adel.
What's bullsh*t is those people who have posted on here that they think Faurlin is not up to PL,too lightweight, not quick enough etc. I personally think he has been one of our best players and I have met him at LR and he does come across as a very genuine and humble person. I certainly would like to think that even those who posted there dislike of him would find no pleasure in his injury.
There or thereabouts Tooting. I've opined against the limitations of both Ali and Sir Neil in our general debates at times. Some have chosen to take such posturing as outrageous / absolute gospel, bless them. Facts are, whilst clear on their limitations, both have done great jobs for Rangers and both will be sorely missed. It would help our understandings if some could appreciate the nature of debate and the shades of gray between absolute but simple black and white.
Do Chelsea fans agree on the small details of everything that goes on? If your answer is yes you must be as plastic as it says on the tin.
chelsea : more managers than roubles.... They are the only side we shouldn't accept comments from on this subject, given the way they have acted over the past few seasons.
I dont think some people will like me for this but i dont think we will miss ali that much if we can get some players in with grit and determination into the midfield because this is what we are going to need to stay up now, dont get me wrong i think ali is a great player but i think we need someone stronger in midfield for the second half of the season.
