    I was impressed with him. Was neat and tidy on the ball and got some good tackles in. Although he was pulled for one or two tackles that looked perfectly fine to me. He will only get better, but it was a very good start. The thing that impressed me the most was how comfortable he was on the ball. He also almost got in one-on-one with the goalkeeper in the second half but the defender just got there before him. Overall I'd give him a 7/10.

    Was pretty good. Covered the back four well and made a lot of space for himself. Going to have a realy good future.

    Very promising considering it was only his second first team appearance in his whole career. The only mistake I can really think of was shooting from 40 yards when he should have played someone in on the counter attack. I think DM is probably his best position, he's not as good a passer as Guthrie but is a better tackler, and good on the ball.

    Seemed to be good at stopping Blackburns midfield picking up any steam. But then again its Blackburn so time will tell but so far looks a tidy player.

    Well he looked neat and tidy, he played very deep so you'd think he's going to be a like for like replacement for Tiote.

    He's clearly confident, he tried shooting from about 40 yards out in the first half <laugh>

    Good prospect, I think he should start against QPR.

    Lads who went who I know said he did ok. Nothing flash but steady and got better as game wore on. They said he tried a little too hard first half to get on the ball, dropping deep but that is understandable. He'll be keen and maybe Pards had asked him to not over commit with Tiote out. They said he got further forward 2nd half and he improved for it. They reckon he looked natural back up for Cabaye.

    I didn't see the whole match myself but going on what people have said he looked OK. One for the future no doubt.

    Feels good to have the likes of Sammy, Abeid & Vuckic so close to the first team, means we won't have to buy to get quality.
