i am a huge fan of merrington has anyone got a link for this??

 

Say what you like about Dave Merrington but he is pretty passionate where Saints are concerned so why knock him and i think in his time at the club he helped and had the respect of some pretty good young players who came through under his guidance so his opinion is always worth a listen agree or not

 

I agree CSH. He did a huge amount for Saints and when they ditched him, he got a bum deal. My comments were at the fact there was nothing really new or exciing said on the interview. Talk Sport had just mentioned the number of teenagers we played against coventry and phoned him for comment. I started the thread as I was listening thinking they may have gone into lots of detail.

 

The less said about our youngsters by the media the better.

Quite simple really, FLT posted at 2.40pm, so go to the TalkSport website and look for today's programme that was broadcast during that time. Hawksbee & Jacobs, at a guess. Then go to their Listen Again slot.

Is it only me that uses the Listen Again facilities for all radio stations [in this case, Talksport] where provided..? I do it a lot of the time [not on Talksport though, as it is generally crap] on Radio 4, Radio 4 Extra and Radio 5. In fact, nowadays, I can barely be bothered to tune in to anything LIVE. Except for Saints matches on Radio Solent.

No mate, I've just done this sort of thing before, and besides, you posted at 2.40pm and mentioned that Dave was whispering as you posted. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to work it out, although I have called been that before, a few times.
