I think we will end up giving them the whole end simply due to the numbers they will want to bring. I think we have to give 30% if they ask and can fill it. Which they no doubt will. It's not a bad tie, maybe, just maybe we could get a replay at theirs!?!?!? But I am off to bed now. Night all.

I am only here now because computers at work are not working well and aer very slow. I do not know what our computer man was doing at Christmas because the computers have been rubbish after.
Seriously upset OFH this morning. SFR said they would send a man to fix my phone line at 9.30am today. At 10.30am man arrives not to fix my line, but to test it. After meter checks he tells me what I have known since the 14th December that it is the line from the pole to the house. He will have to arrange for France Telecom to come and attend to it. I have been told this several times now and still do not know when I will be able to speak to the outside world or get rid of this hopeless 3G connection. To make me really hopping mad he informed me that on this occassion I would not have to pay for his visit. I should think not, but my neighbour tells me that she has to pay then re-claim it off her ISP. My claim against SFR is growing steadily, but I suspect they will be just as hopeless to deal with over that as they have been to get me back on-line.

I'm not surprised you are angry OFH!! I would be fuming too. The enclosure for my hard drive arrived this morning only to find out its about 2cm too small And the screws are stopping it fitting!!! I just hope I can remove them do it fits!
afternoon all, busy day in eastern bandit country. The guys in my office are all Spurs supporters so should be an interesting day, especially as Watford appears to be their '2nd team' in most cases. Not much chance of getting a ticket so hoping it will be televised.
This stupid connection is so slow that it appears that your post has not gone, so you give it a dig and it pops up twice.
maybe the computers are still a bit drunk! Oh M Frenchie, that stinks! And i sympathise this morning, having spent the last hour on the phone to 3, trying to sort out my phone...having received a letter today to say it wasn't covered by the insurance, going hopping mad coz it is covered, then being passed from pillar to post again...and they're still on the phone..it's doing my blinkin' head in! I remember when i was with Sky we were without internet for a month, so i completely understand yoru pain...i do hope it's sorted soon Oh blimey, everyone having troubles this morning! Not a great day... Ooh...surely someone can get you a ticket Sandy?? I'd offer myself but i suspect Mr and Master H will want to come. If it's 2 per season ticket you're very welcome to one of mine.
Thanks H appreciate the offer. If one is spare I'll have to sweet talk Mrs Sandy as funds and time (always family/friends commitments at weekends) are always in demand. Would love to see this one, last cup games I went to were 2004. Saw the 4th round mauling of Southampton 5-2 and then the following quarter final Portsmouth 3-0 win to set up the Liverpool semi-final. Happy memories of the Southampton fans singing "can we come and sit with you" after our 5th goal went in
that must have been a great moment! I do like Southampton fans I remember lots of good banter with them at Villa Park too
I remember both of those Southampton games (and the Pompey Quarter, and the 2 legs home and away to Liverpool). Southampton games tend to stick in the memory as lived there for quite a number of years, and have a lot of friends that are Saints fans (including my house mate). The FA CUp Semi at Villa Park was great. A mini bus of us going up, going into a bar with the large room being mainly Saints fans but us in the middle of it all. Best bit had to be when one of the Saints fans had thier away kit on, of yellow. Obviously we dragged him in with us and sang Yellow Army
lol...we went to Villa Park in a minibus too...great day out it was..shame we didn't win but it was good fun
I see that Preston have approached Stevenage regarding pinching their manager from them. A test of loyalty to follow?
