To call muslims a race is in fact more racist than the statement you've got confused about. Any race can be muslim, except the tour de france.
Not banned, but they never do well in it. Difficult to win when every 2 hours you've got get off your bike, face east and pray to mecca!
I don't like to bang on about - much rather discuss football - but i'm afraid you're just wrong. Racism is not just confined to discrimination based on the colour of someones skin. And as far as i'm aware they're allowed to race in the tour de France.
I think you're mixing up one of the numerous definitions of 'racism' with what the law says. It's why the 2006 legislation is called the race and religious hatred act and separates racism. It doesn't preclude anyone from disliking a religion based on their own considered opinion, it simply stops people abusing or discriminating on those grounds. Let's face it, aethesists dislike all religion and religious groups tend to only like one of the groups so we'd all be locked up in your version.
Now you're just going round in circles, but ..Not on bikes they're not. No wonder they protest. I'd be pig sick too.
As you say, based on your own opion you are free to dislike any religion you like. However saying you dislike all people who profess to belong to a religion is racist eg. - no one says Hitler wasn't racist for gassing 6 million Jews because they originated from different countries.
I have an innate distrust of anyone who is in any way religious. Other than Stuart Elliott. Who's lovely.
I didn't read pages 4,5,6,7 and 8 but how we've managed to go from a second bid for Cameron Stewart, to the holocaust, seems bizarre.
"Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?"
So, the muslims have made a bid for Stewart, persons trying to tempt him in offering him a place in the tour de France, and we're hoping the Americans join in to help the fairies with their gardening. Is that it?
