    True. With Suarez being out and none of Liverpool's other strikers performing we should be able to beat them. But then with our defensive and midfield injuries City should have been able to beat us today.

    It's football, it defies all logic! ;)

    Would've been a different story last year if it wasn't for the penalty that wasn't actually a penalty and the red card that wasn't even a red card.

    Well that would depend on whether the penalty that should have been a penalty (on Evans) was also given correctly. And Gerrard's red card was as stone cold a sending off as you will ever seen! But let's not drag the picture of Gerrard's studs entering Carrick's ankle out again...

    It would be nice to have a LFC MUFC game without a sending off or a penalty, its the only fixture where I look who the ref is before the game

    You mean like the last two games between us? Or are you another one of the ones who agrees that Adam's dive for a free kick was as bad as Berb's dive for the penalty? ;)
