I presume for us knocking them out last year. Well, one would hope that is what he meant. You reckon? Going on our first half performance we'll piss all over you. If we can keep that momentum going in the second half it'll be an annihilation.
Who you trying to kid Messy lad?? You were playing ten men and still nearly blew it...like I say if you play like that at Anfield we'll continue the current trend of ripping your defence a new set of arseholes. Can't wait for this one
That was entirely due to Ferguson ridiculously bringing on Paul Scholes when we'd just conceded a goal and creating panic as the rest of the side knew at that moment it was 10 v 10. Which, I assume (probably incorrectly) that he will learn from and never, ever, do again.
Didn't watch the game then? First half there was only one team in it.. Like I said, if we can carry over a brilliant performance into the second half of the game youse'll have no chance.
Looking forward to it. Interested to see how Fergie approaches it though: whether he's as defensive as he was in October. On the one hand there's no Suarez but on the other hand Stevie should hopefully be fully up to speed, and is providing much better service for Carroll than anyone else has. As poor as the ponytailed one has been, the threat is still there particularly with no Vidic to contain him. I think that Evra is lucky that Bellamy will be playing on the left Seriously though I hope some of our fans don't act like idiots regarding Evra
Alternatively, if we play like we did in the second half with Paul Scholes giving them the ball every time he gets it they will annihilate us.
Lol, you couldn't make it up! Wonder if Liverpool will have the dream team of Carroll and Bent up front by then? ;-)
Watched it all Messy lad but obviously you know better than your own manager don't you So Fergie was wrong about the performance today and you're right? No problem with you being biased that's fair enough but you think the awful red card decision had no bearing on the game? That would be like me saying Rodwells crazy red card in the derby had no influence on the result we had against Everton. From what I saw apart from Rooneys excellent header City were all over you up until the sending off and would have more than likely gone on to rape that defence the way they did a few months ago
TBH i would put Bellamy on the right, just for this game, and I would tell him to be chirping in his ear every 10 seconds
