Was never going to get much coverage...no PL team, no minnows...just 2 Championship sides. The only thing that matters is the result that puts us in the hat...I love Cup draws...and the fact that we haven't lost 3 games in row.
It was mentioned that they'd missed their own goal and they did get a fair bit of publicity on Sky. Was more sad for Darlington fans and players who may have had their last game. They went in numbers to the away match and had a whip round of £8000 for the team. Very sad...i know we were close, but I always thought we had enough going for us to get a buyer. Darlington have £400,000 debt. Really feel for them.

As a Watford fan I hope not. Imagine Portsmouth languishing in the Conference, and someone like Bournemouth being on the verge of getting into Southampton's division (be that the Premier League or Championship). You'd be gagging to play that match just to highlight how far your once competitive rivals had fallen.
