Opinion on Warnock's managerial and tactical ability in the PL has clearly changed for the worse, if the contributors to this site represent a fair cross section of Rs support (which I think is the case). In many respects I think history will point to the signing of Barton as being the turning point in the fans' affection for him (Warnock), as this very much divided opinion at the time and arguably has been the catalyst for a number of adverse episodes that have tipped the scales away from the manager. There is rarely any smoke without fire. Whether the Telegraph's report is 100% on the money or not, we have poor perfomances, a precarious league position, underperforming 'star' players, fan unrest and Fernandes' own semi-cryptics Twats (if that's the correct past tense for Tweets?)... plus a short, finite period of opportunity that is the transfer window to make changes with the most realistic chance of success. If not the end, I'd say this is the beginning of the end for Warnock.
