Dominated despite us having more of the ball and most of 2nd half being played in City's half of the pitch
It was 8 v 11 at one point as Hargreaves came on for City and Savic went off with a facial injury after Evra headbutted him.
It was basically 12 v 10 for 78 minutes. City did great to make it 3-2 and could possible have been 3-3 (who knows if they got that clear pen as well). Good game mind, maybe the Europa League Final will be different
Surely Chris Foy was MOM United fans must be embarassed, they only ever seem to win when the refs on there side
Seriously mate, you usually talk alot of sense IMO but how the hell can you think City didn't dominate that second half. United looked poor.
We played keep ball instead of finishing City off. City came back well but there is no way they dominated. As usual no credit is given to Man Utd.
Oops, forgot about the officials. Most of the game was 10 v 14, but when Hargreaves came on and Savic went off with a head injury it was 8 v 14. Bravo City!
They dominated the last 10 minutes as we look panicky. Other than that we were still on top. They hit us on the counter.
Possibly, maybe keeper would of saved it if it was given, either way, doesn't really matter now. Hopefully Newcastle don't get Man United or any of the other big sides, would make a change if we had an 'easy' tie!
Credit where credit is due - United first half were brilliant. Second half - United were dire. Can't see it any other way to be honest.
They had 10 men and scored two when you had the momentum in the 2nd half, they DOMINATED the 2nd half. 1st half was all yours from the red card onwards. Overall with a neutral head on, I honestly think City deserved it.
