Again, we're needing to determine whether they're cash rich or asset rich. Someone who rents their property and has £20k in the bank would appear below me on rich lists but has significantly more cash available than I do (my value being tied up in my property). The fact the Allams have already put £40M+ into the club says they were cash rich, whether they still are or not is a different matter.

What about a team that entered administration to effectively clear its debts, and then the following season had an owner so morally bankrupt that they ran up losses of £12M so that all the teams being run properly couldn't compete with them on the pitch?
