Never happy to see the Bluebirds lose a goal or a game but not the end of the world, I'd be very unhappy to see us lose league games because of players getting injured in a replay.
I think Mcphail will take matters into his own hands. Score a couple we win 4-3 and Barcelona offer us Messi in exchange for him.
Being unhappy about losing a league game because of cup game injuries is absolutely correct, but the one doesn't necessarily follow the other. It's not a question of a pessimist/optimist split on this subject- it's just I'd prefer to get a replay rather than lose. Then we can have a look at which way to go.
One thing that for sure Sparkey, if we get a replay at CCS I'll be there, with my little pick and shovel.

The say the modern game is a squad game and it follows that the same applies to the season as a whole. The performance today sounds like we can carry on the season with the knowledge that we have a competitive squad.
