Aye but Hugo had some good games in his early days. Indeed many thought we had quite a player on our hands. he never really got a chance because of Robert.

I think the criteria has to be they were really bad for us. Mark Stimson was here for something like 4 years, made something like 80 odd appearances, and I guarantee every single one of them was utter ****e. He was literally unable to kick the ball to a black and white shirt. A truly incredible man.

He was still appalling. According to Wiki a "major Spanish club" was interested in him when he left us, he ended up at Gencerbirwaluigi <laugh> Wasn't Cacapa a free as well? Perhaps I'm not very good at this. :p

Yep, from Lyon. About 3 years before he signed for us, he was an absolute beast, but he lost all his pace.

I had a an arguement with either zeTom or Tash when one of them said that Cacapa was the 2nd fastest player in our team after N'Zogbia <laugh>

He was slower than a snail!

Kind of a problem, yeah. He didn't exactly leave with great fanfare...

I have two memories - firstly him playing when Pompey beat us 5-0, and secondly I remember him starting Kinnear's first game in charge, came completely out of nowhere (along with Duff as a centre forward <laugh>). Pointing that out got me quoted on the BBC Live Text <whistle>

Albert Luque. Came to newcastle with a big reputation, expected to do great things, then looked completely out of his depth (when he wasn't injured).

Campbell's good game was at home to Chelsea.

Obertan and Shola definitely don't deserve to be on this list for those who suggested them.

Saying Obertan is stupid he actually ok against the lower sides. He still has every chance of being great.
