Thanks for that. On another note, anybody else hate FM when you get proper emo players in team talks? I just praised Ba for scoring a hat-trick when we were 3-2 down to win the game and somehow he "Seemed to lose focus". Fine, next time you score a hat-trick I won't say owt you mopey little git.
Depends on personality. If they're very professional, you should be able to say pretty much anything without them losing focus. Just don't dis them unless they've been really ****. Also, he's not being Emo, he's just getting a bit complacent! Make sure you 'Expect a performance' from them next week.
I hated that, main reason why I stick to FM2010, but even on that I have some proper irritating ones who assume me saying "You can win this!" is an excuse to start being complacent I fear that it's becoming too complicated for my liking. And now I sound like an old man.
I once told my players not to get complacent and one of them "looked angered" and another "seemed stressed"

Maybe you should download a mod with the actual fixtures, then you wouldn't have to be tested at all during the season.
Speaking on Ba on FM, on my first season he scored 30 in 29 in the league and Cabaye had 22 assists in the league, both were top of there respective tables, now suffereing second season syndrome and having a terrible season Also i would love an IF Ben Arfa and an SIF Cabaye in UT this week
Would cost a bomb for them, ive no IF players as I can never save up enough coinage. Not sure if theres a trick Im missing but earning very little then wasting it on useless packs in which I get a load of crap players every single time. Got Benzema at the start and had no luck since.
You get in form, then the same player can get in-form again and I think the stats are better than the first time.
