Thats a goal every 30 seconds! (although my maths is very dodgy so don't take my word for it!)

Great news about Nos...we have to use him tomorrow now..otherwise he won't be cup tied, and we need him cup tied to have a hope of keeping him!

I would hope we play a strong team so that we can get through to the next round...we need a cup run..

Dyche's quote in the Wobby is that he will field "some big figures at the club" who have not featured recently.

To me that implies that most of Doyley, Eustace, Garner, Iwelumo and Murray will play.

    Bradford City team news

Bradford City’s leading scorer James Hanson has nine goals, but none in all their cup matches. Ricky Ravenhill may play after completing a suspention but is soon due to return to his parent club Notts County after his loan spell other players missing are the ill Michael Flynn and injured Simon Ramsden and Kyel Ried. Ritchie Jones is training again and Dominic Rowe has returned from a loan to Barrow and both may play. Leeds United have given permission for Charlie Taylor to play for Bradford in the match. And David Syers is suspended after being sent off against Shrewsbury Town.

..... or Ellington has come back.<laugh>

Not sure that Murray qualifies as a 'big figure' though - pity. Sounds like we might see Mirfin and Forsyth?

I think we would be stupid to take them too lightly, remember Bristol Rovers mind you that evening we couldn't have scored in a brothel<laugh>

It depends what you see as a "big figure". To me, Mirfin isn't a big figure, because there are no circumstances under which he would in future be first choice. By contrast, Murray is probably our most talked about non-regular, and once he gets a run most would tip him to stay in.

I neglected to mention Forsyth, but felt he is a given now that Kightly has left.

The news that Nosworthy can play against Bradford is for me a clear indication that he will be staying with us longer.

If Sunderland were interested in keeping him, they would not cup tie him. He only has 6 months left on his contract and he wants to stay quite obviously.

I think the squad will be:
    Bond
    Doyley Nosworthy Mirfin James
    Yeates Eustace Whichelow Forsyth
    Garner Iwelumo

Would rather see Murray, Thompson and other youngsters, but dont see too many youngsters appearing to be honest. I put Whichelow in more in hope than anything. Hopefully we can get a nice win, and get a cup run going!

It would be good for the fringe players to get a run out but we cannot afford to lose so SD must put out his strongest possible team. Hope they pick Michael Bryan's brain for inside knowledge.

Match against Villa would imply either he's on loan to Bristol Rovers (nothing about that anywhere) or it's on Football Manager. He could do that this morning and still play for us.

When I looked on the official site, it didn't say he was on loan - I thought he was until I saw that!

And when I wrote 'fringe', I was going to put Iwelumo up front with Garner... but decided against it!

I think we are allowed 7 players on the bench for this as the prem teams are involved
