I then migrated to the tropical paradise of League Two with Wycombe, took them up in 3rd place. I then resigned as they had no funds and moved to Exeter, who I kept afloat in League One. Then I moved to Swindon in League Two, took them up as Champions and up through the L1 playoffs into the Championship the season after. I was then offered the reigns at Dirty Leeds, and accepted, failed in the Championship playoff final in the first season with them, and then was offered the Aston Villa job.
