Oh my word, these are well nourished ladies, aren't they?

    There's a Hooters in Whitby?

That'd certainly be something for Dracula to get his teeth into...

I fear for the moral welfare of all clean-living Addicks who associate with these ladies - I feel compelled to visit my nearest establishment to try and turn these poor unfortunate girls back onto the straight and narrow.

I may not be posting for some time. <laugh>

    It was cold though

He would've gone into hiding somewhere warm if it wasn't for the baps.

He would have jumped up when we scored though wouldn't he, banging into the person sitting in front?

Perhaps you need to buy him a scalf?

Hooters wasn't really that tasty food. Good jugs of booze... and at the end of the day, GOOD JUGS!

That's why people go there for.

    Just read this:

Martin Jol won’t rotate his squad for tomorrow’s FA Cup third round tie against Charlton – insisting Fulham’s first-teamers have had enough time to recover from Monday night’s win over Arsenal.

The Fulham manager told today’s pre-match press conference that he will field his strongest side for the visit of the League One leaders.

We’ve had four days rest since the win over Arsenal so I will play my strongest team against Charlton on Saturday.

Jol certainly isn’t taking Chris Powell’s side lightly.

Charlton play in a style that is productive for them. They play a lot of crosses and have two good main strikers. They’ve played 24 games this season and they’ve only suffered two defeats.

It’s the FA Cup and we want to go through to the next round but we have to be aware that Charlton are a team with a winning mentality. Hopefully the difference between the Premier League and them is big enough to win us this game but if you allow them to play to their strengths then it can become a big task.

I'm hoping for a good game, if we win that's great, but I'll take an honourable defeat, playing the first team (maybe bringing in a couple of squad players like Waggy and Hughes).

I'm also hoping for a good atmosphere too, plenty of singing but none of the nasty abusive stuff that's crept in recently thank you very much.

Hoping that they didn't get tickets. Or maybe more fans should be like Ponders, and say something to them.

    Excellent.

A proper test against a Premiership club showing us respect by playing a full side.

There's no way I could have made this game, but only now am I starting to feel a bit of a pang that I'm going to be missing a real 'event'.

Spoke to my Swindon contact today and they can scarcely wait for their game, which won't be far short of a full house - I'd imagine The Gills fans are in a similar frame of mind.

If there's any real magic left in the FA Cup, it's got to be the promise of 90 minutes of glory against a side that should wipe the floor with you - it's the wonderful uncertainty of it all.

    COYR!!

Well said , Tewkes. I get fed up with reading each year about how we should get knocked out in order to concentrate on relegation or whatever. We always make an early exit anyway and it's never done us any good and tomorrow should be a great occasion.
