Hate that bloody statue. Source of humiliation. Fans wise Ive heard you've got a great following coming. Sadly its not the same on our end, and ticket wise you have currently bought more than us. I imagine though there will be about 10000 fulham by the game (currently around 7000). Sadly our support has not risen at the same speed as our footall over the years, which shows at matches like this. Should be a good day anyway, I can see it heing tight. Lawro has you down for a shock win, but hes useless tbh.

When the draw was made, I saw this as an upset waiting to happen. Now I'm more confident about our form, but I'm certainly not taking anything for granted: Charlton are far from an ordinary league 1 team. If we play as well as we can, we should win; if we play as poorly as we can (and have at times this season), we could be in trouble. I'm broadly optimistic though.

I'm not sure Lawro has gotten a result of our right this season apart from the 5-0 defeat to Utd, but even that he had down as a 2-1 to them I think. He likes us and is sometimes generous with his predictions when we play the top teams, (draws, narrow defeats) but I hope he continues his poor run with this prediction.

That is a shame (but then again, we should be used to stadiums with low crowd turnouts by now, being in League One and all). I was hoping for a big crowd all around, and some good banter during our pre-match drinks.

I believe that our allocation was fully sold in 4 days, before the Oldham match on 17th December (someone can correct me if I'm wrong).
