We surely must move in the transfer market now with Gimpel being shielded from first team action. Also I wouldn’t be surprised if we make O'Dea a permenant signing now, but I really hope to see some quality come in or forget the play offs. Not to mention it looks like we will be off loading Connolly (for non footballing reasons that I dont clame to know) O'Brien is off too, although thats a given as he wont play for us again. What about Neil Collins from Sheff Utd, i've heard he's a handy centre back and we should be able to pick him up for somewhere in the region of £500k.
hes up for L1 player of the month so probably out of our price range! I would love to see Jamie Carragher come in from Liverpool. Hes not getting a sniff in & would do a great job for us & maybe teach Lees a thing or two!
I watch a lot of League One football and the amount of ex Leeds players playing is ridiculous. Most teams seem to have a couple. Can't think of many other teams who've had so many players come and go in such a short space of time.

By cheap & hope for a gem. Cant be healthy on the balance sheet! Lets hope for a change in that policy. Look at Newcastles scouting system, Carrol out for 35 mil & Ba in! Not to mention Tiote & Cabaye are looking up for it as well. I've always said that in this transfer window I wouldn’t mind picking up a few gems from the lower leagues, but to throw them into our back four now they would need a hell of a lot of character & ability.

Maybe slightly premature to write Kisnorbo off now. But I agree that he'll have to really impress, possibly after an initial loan move when he returns to full fitness next season. I wish him well whatever happens
