I don't think he means you Red!!!!

Someone needs to have a word with BBF though, it's very sad seeing him get his kicks out of us not playing well just because the team he supports is so ****ing ****.

It's mainly to do with some 'facts' that weren't included in the official comments from the FA regarding their findings. Probably the main one is that Evra was the first one to use a term which in South America, is highly insulting. Also discrepancies in Evra's testimony as to how many times alleges Suarez used the term which caused the problem. He said three different things. There's obviously other stuff as well. He was in there for 2.5 hours and Ayre and Comolli were also involved. I haven't seen a paper either.

All I've seen in the papers thus far is Suarez' "apology". That, and Paddy Power getting bollocked for using Suarez in an ad as he's under 25 <laugh>

Didn't the commission report include the offensive term Evra used in Spanish? The one that could mean SOB, your sister's ****, **** off or apparently any of about ten things. It also included the discrepancy over the numbers - the fact that "more than ten" can apparently also mean "seven" or "about five". Is there supposed to be anything new being published?

for the record this is the ONLY thread I've not commented on yet today with any activity so I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel with you lot. for the record normally i don't post here as i don't usually "banter" but I can get a rise out of you lot whenever i try. good job I'm not gloating nor gloated over oyur last match either isn't it?

I think we must now wait btw for evra's eventual autobiography where he deals with this incident... if he's foolish he'll admit exaggerating a bit and end up getting sued. If he doesn't then he might get sued anyway <laugh> best to brush over the whole affair <laugh>

anyway all last night proves is the prem has descended into somewhat of a home games v away games thing. eg swansea are pretty hot at home but can't do much away, same for stoke, same for newcastle, same for norwich... Its funny seeing the newcastle team that turned up v us bore no realtion to the team that played utd.

roll on the fa cup this weekend i say

Well, apparently, so could "negro" in Spanish, but that didn't matter.
Nothing new other than Evra can't count, apparently...

Aston Villa have said that striker Darren Bent is not for sale at any price, despite continued interest from Liverpool.
    Full story: talkSPORT
However, Villa could make a move for Chelsea forward Didier Drogba as they prepare to receive January bids for Bent.
    Full story: Goal.com

which makes me more happy.... the thought of drogba moving to partner heskey <laugh> or the fact darren bent is not for sale (thank cripes)

Huskey and the Drog - that's a 1970's type front line.

And we're lambasted about Carroll being an 'Old School Centre Forward'...

I see we are being linked with Sneijder again. This could be a long January.

We're also being linked with Cahill - I think this would be a great signing.

Sent you a PM about Sunday <ok>

True, but whatever "negro" means in Spanish it is undoubtedly a reference to a player's skin colour. Which is what the FA found Suarez guilty of.

I think it's more likely Evra's just a bit of a drama queen on French TV.

Shame...just think of it...Darren Bent and Andy Carroll up front...magic <laugh>

"bent and carroll goal drought continues as downing continues to pass it inside" is a headline that screams at me...... "Adam continues solo runs"

Bloody hell, Suarez has told his mum on us! <laugh>

I love the bit where she says he "has to calm down a bit". That's the type of thing I say to my three year old daughter when she's had too many sweets <ok>

    <laugh>

"Heskey and Drogba break world record for longest continual spell of holding up the ball" is another one that is just begging to be written...

I think they'd give the mythical greek titan atlas a go at breaking his record of holding up the ball....

I think mrs suarez will be taking his ball and locking it in the larder for a week... all we need now is old mrs evra to get the hump and stop talking to her and it'll be hysteria lane or something. Mrs suarez sounds like the angry parent who says you shouldn't have put a window there anyway seeing here little boy is getting bad mouthed... "wait til i get you home"

not a woman to be crossed methinks... I don't see little luis running home to montevideo during his mid term break that he's earned himself anyway... she'll batter him the minute he gets in the door.

the only two things montevideo is famous for? the sinking of the bismark and luis suarez the world renowen racial abuser.... i think i'll google that to see what if find.

We're a good side mate. Blackburn they should be beating, but playing us at SJP is tough for anyone.

We're not too far behind you mate.
