From what they've said on Radio Newcastle is they reckon Pardews thinking is get the 2 big lads up front to throw crosees in to test the defence and the keeper if De Gea is in goal.

Ben Arfa is on the bench.

Surprised Ameobi is on from the start

I was taking the piss today, telling my mate Pardew would drop Best... but bring in Shola instead. Guess what's happened!

Ahhh well, I won't judge until I see, but I'm a bit pessimistic now.

We are now officially a hoofball team. Pardew has lost his bottle to play positively and is resorting to horrific tactics while Ben Arfa sits on the bench.

Man Utd will counter the long ball every single time, 4-0 loss tonight lads.

Raylor is going out on the right wing, so there should at least be balls crossed into the box.

Shola is more worthy than Best, he's impressed me from the bench.

Pardew is an absolute idiot sometimes seriously. So frustrating.

Mark my words, tonight is going to be one of them rare occasions that Shola is unplayable

Shola is a strange one I'd have prefered Best or Ben Arfa up top.

Santon is a positive one though.

People are saying more hoof ball, but Taylor can cross the ball and when Santon plays Jonas and Santon are more attacking and give a more attacking threat

Its true though, Ba isn't amazing at winning the ball in the air from the back and Shola is just woeful, we'll lose the ball and be countered every time, and no doubt Pardew will be playing his usual ridiculously high line which will make it even easier.

His idea of Raylor on the wing is obviously to launch crosses into the box for the two big men but Raylor wont stand a chance against Evra.

Obertan cannot cross for **** - he takes about 5 or 6 attempts to get a decent one in. At least with Raylor we SHOULD see more decent crosses, rather than waste. Far too often we get in good positions only for dribbled short crosses that dont clear the first man or massive hoofs that clear everyone.

Pleased It means I can keep blameing Pardew for his ridiculous team selections. To be honest I knew he wasn't clever enough when I noticed him saying "we was" all the time. This is going to be a rowt .

I dont think Raylor will be trying to beat Evra down the line and whip in a cross. They'll be trying to work some space and good positions so the likes of Raylor has time to pick out a good ball...
